Cookie Policy
Last updated: 20 May 2026
1. Introduction
This Cookie Policy explains how ROSTTYA LTD (“ROSTTYA”, “we”, “us”, “our”) uses cookies and similar technologies on the website at rosttya.com (the “Website”).
ROSTTYA LTD is a company registered in England and Wales, Company Number 16632288, with its registered office at 5c Forster Road, London, N17 6QD, United Kingdom. The sole director of ROSTTYA LTD is Rostislav Dimitrov Rusinov.
This Cookie Policy is issued under the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations 2003 (“PECR”) and the UK General Data Protection Regulation (“UK GDPR”). It should be read together with our Privacy Policy.
2. What Are Cookies
Cookies are small text files that are placed on your device (computer, tablet or smartphone) when you visit a website. They allow the website to recognise your device and store information about your visit — for example, your shopping basket contents during a checkout flow, or your cookie consent preferences.
Cookies fall into broad categories based on their purpose, who sets them and how long they last:
- Strictly necessary cookies: essential for the website to function (e.g. basket and checkout session). These do not require your consent under PECR
- Functional cookies: remember preferences such as language. We do not currently set these
- Analytics cookies: measure website usage. We do not currently set these
- Advertising / tracking cookies: track you across websites for advertising. We do not currently set these
3. How We Use Cookies
At present we use only strictly necessary cookies. We have made the deliberate decision not to deploy Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel or any other third-party analytics, advertising or tracking technology at launch. This means:
- We do not track your activity across other websites
- We do not build advertising profiles about you
- We do not share Website-visit data with advertisers or data brokers
If this changes in the future (for example, if we add a basic analytics tool to understand which pages are most useful), we will update this Cookie Policy and obtain your consent through our cookie banner before any non-essential cookie is set.
4. Cookies We Currently Set
The following strictly necessary cookies may be set when you visit the Website:
- PHPSESSID: session identifier maintained by the underlying web server. Expires at the end of your browsing session. Necessary for the Website to function
- SureCart shopping basket cookies (sc_*): remember the items in your basket between page loads. Persists for the duration of the checkout flow. Necessary for the Website’s e-commerce function
- Complianz consent cookies (cmplz_*): remember your cookie consent choices so the banner does not reappear on every page. Persists for up to 365 days. Necessary for compliance with PECR
- WordPress login cookies (wordpress_logged_in_*): only set if you have an administrator account and are logged in to the back end. Not set for regular customers
If you make a payment, Stripe may set additional payment-related cookies during the secure checkout process. These cookies are set by Stripe and are governed by Stripe’s Privacy Policy.
5. Third-Party Cookies
We do not deploy any third-party tracking cookies on the Website. The only third-party cookies that may be present are those set by Stripe during the checkout payment flow, which are strictly necessary to process the payment securely.
If you arrive at our Website by clicking a link from another website (for example, a social network), that other website may have set cookies on your device independently of us. We have no control over those cookies and recommend you consult that website’s own cookie policy.
6. Managing Cookies
You can manage cookies in two ways:
- Through our cookie banner: the banner that appeared on your first visit allows you to adjust consent settings at any time. You can re-open the banner via the small “Cookie Settings” link at the bottom of any page
- Through your browser: all major browsers allow you to view, delete and block cookies. Note that blocking strictly necessary cookies may prevent the Website from functioning correctly (for example, your basket may not persist between pages)

7. Changes to This Cookie Policy
We may update this Cookie Policy when we add or remove cookies, or when applicable law changes. Material changes will be communicated by updating the “Last updated” date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, through the cookie banner. If we begin using non-essential cookies, we will obtain fresh consent before doing so.
