Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Introduction
This Shipping & Delivery Policy sets out how we deliver orders, the delivery options and timings available, and what happens if a delivery is delayed, lost or damaged. It forms part of our Terms of Sale and should be read together with our Returns & Refunds Policy.
The Website is operated by ROSTTYA LTD (“ROSTTYA”, “we”, “us”, “our”), a company registered in England and Wales, Company Number 16632288, with its registered office at 5c Forster Road, London, N17 6QD, United Kingdom. The sole director of ROSTTYA LTD is Rostislav Dimitrov Rusinov.
2. Coverage Area
At launch we ship within the United Kingdom only — this covers England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland. We do not currently ship to the Channel Islands, Isle of Man, BFPO addresses or international destinations.
International shipping will be reviewed and may be added in a future phase of the business. Until then, orders with non-UK delivery addresses will not be accepted at checkout.
3. Standard Delivery Timing
For UK domestic orders, expected end-to-end delivery is 2 to 5 working days from dispatch confirmation. This breaks down approximately as:
- Order to dispatch: we dispatch within 2 working days of order confirmation
- Dispatch to delivery: 2 to 3 working days via Royal Mail Tracked 48
“Working days” means Monday to Friday, excluding bank and public holidays in England and Wales. Order confirmation is the email confirming we have accepted your order and your payment has been processed (typically sent within minutes of checkout).
4. Dispatch Timing Detail
We dispatch from our UK fulfilment location at 5c Forster Road, London, N17 6QD. Orders placed and confirmed before 14:00 UK time on a working day are typically dispatched the same working day; orders placed after 14:00 are dispatched the next working day.
In all cases we commit to dispatch within 2 working days of order confirmation. If a delay would push dispatch beyond this, we will email you with the revised expected dispatch date and your option to cancel for a full refund.
5. Courier Options
We offer the following courier services at checkout:
- Royal Mail Tracked 48 (standard): 2 to 3 working days from dispatch. Tracked end-to-end with delivery confirmation
- DPD Next Day (upgrade): next working day from dispatch, with 1-hour delivery window notification on the morning of delivery. Available at additional cost displayed at checkout
You may select your preferred courier service at checkout before paying. The cost of each option is shown clearly before you submit your order.
6. Delivery Charges
Standard UK delivery (Royal Mail Tracked 48) is free on orders of £75 or more. For orders below £75, a flat-rate delivery charge of £4.95 applies and is shown at checkout before you submit your order.
DPD Next Day upgrade is charged at an additional rate displayed at checkout, applied on top of (or in addition to) any standard delivery charge. The exact upgrade fee is set by the courier and may vary; the rate in force at checkout is the rate applicable to your order.
All delivery charges are inclusive of any applicable taxes.
7. Tracking
You will receive a dispatch confirmation email containing the tracking number and a link to the courier’s tracking page. For Royal Mail Tracked 48, tracking is updated at each scan point through the courier network. For DPD Next Day, you will receive a 1-hour delivery window notification on the morning of delivery, sent by SMS or email depending on the contact details you provided at checkout.
8. Delivery Attempts
If you are not in to receive your order:
- Royal Mail: the courier will follow Royal Mail standard procedure, which is to leave a “Something for you” card and either redirect to a local Post Office or attempt another delivery on a subsequent working day. The parcel is held for up to 18 calendar days at the local Post Office before being returned to sender
- DPD: the courier offers in-flight redirect options (deliver to a neighbour, leave in a safe place, redirect to a DPD pickup point, or rebook for a different day) via the delivery notification
9. Failed Delivery / Returned to Sender
If an order is returned to us by the courier (for example, because no one was available to sign and the parcel was not collected from the Post Office within the holding period), we will email you to confirm receipt and arrange one of the following at your option:
- Re-dispatch to the same address: a re-dispatch fee of £4.95 applies (we cover any cost of the returned shipment to us)
- Re-dispatch to a different UK address: a re-dispatch fee of £4.95 applies
- Refund: we refund the price of the Goods. The original outbound delivery charge is not refunded for failed-delivery-resulting-in-return cases (as we have already paid the courier for the original attempt). For 14-day CCR 2013 cancellations, see our Returns & Refunds Policy which provides a separate route that does refund original outbound shipping
10. Lost or Damaged in Transit
If your tracking shows the parcel as delivered but you have not received it, or if the parcel arrives visibly damaged:
- Please email hello@rosttya.com within 7 working days of the dispatch date for non-receipt, or within 48 hours of receipt for damaged parcels
- Include photographs of any damage to the outer packaging and to the goods themselves
- We will initiate a courier claim and, in parallel, offer you a replacement (subject to stock) or a full refund within 7 working days of confirming the loss or damage. You do not need to wait for the courier investigation to complete to receive your replacement or refund
Damage discovered after 48 hours of receipt is treated under our Returns & Refunds Policy Faulty Goods provisions, with full refund of Goods and shipping under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
11. Wrong Address Entered at Checkout
You are responsible for ensuring the delivery address entered at checkout is accurate and complete. If we have already dispatched to the address you provided and it is incorrect:
- If we can intercept the parcel before delivery: we will redirect to the correct address at no additional cost where the courier permits this
- If the parcel has already been delivered to the address you provided: we cannot retrieve it; you would need to attempt to recover the parcel yourself, or place a fresh order
- If the parcel is returned to us undelivered due to wrong address: re-dispatch to the correct address incurs a £4.95 fee
If you realise you entered an incorrect address, email hello@rosttya.com immediately with your order number and the correction. We will do our best to update the address before dispatch.
